Position Overview
The Weekend & Event Manager leads our weekend operations—birthday parties, Friday & Saturday Night Out events, and front desk activities—ensuring smooth execution, great customer service, and a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Weekend Birthday/Event Coaches and Front Desk staff.
- Oversee party/event setup, execution, and cleanup.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues during weekend hours.
- Monitor safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
- Promote Win Kids programs and services to parents and guests.
- Track attendance, supplies, and report operational needs to management.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of supervisory or customer service/event experience.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Energetic, positive personality with a passion for working with children and families.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Available Friday evenings and Saturdays.

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
