Position Overview:
Win Kids is looking for a warm, energetic, and responsible Assistant Pre-School Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood team. In this role, you will support the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. You’ll assist with daily classroom routines, encourage positive interactions, and help implement educational activities that promote each child’s growth and development.

In this role, you will support the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. You’ll assist with daily classroom routines, encourage positive interactions, and help implement educational activities that promote each child’s growth and development.
Responsibilities:

Support Daily Activities: Assist the lead teacher in carrying out planned lessons, circle time, storytime, group projects, and play-based learning activities.

Classroom Supervision: Actively monitor and engage with children to ensure safety, positive behavior, and emotional well-being.

Encourage Social and Emotional Development: Model and reinforce kindness, sharing, turn-taking, and respectful communication.

Prepare Materials: Help set up learning centers, prepare activity materials, and tidy up classrooms throughout the day.

Promote Healthy Habits: Assist with snack/lunch routines, hygiene practices, and transitions between classroom activities.

Support Individual Needs: Provide extra attention and guidance to children who may need help adjusting or focusing during learning times.

Communicate Effectively: Maintain respectful and professional communication with coworkers, children, and parents, reporting any concerns to the lead teacher.

Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment: Follow health and safety protocols, including cleaning surfaces, organizing materials, and supporting behavior management strategies.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a structured setting preferred
- Reliable, caring, and team-oriented personality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with preschool-aged children
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
